Port Melbourne – Rooftop Terrace Remediation
The problem
The existing rooftop terrace had failed after around 20 years. Waterproofing had broken down, drainage was poor, and the falls were not adequate — leading to ongoing water issues and leaks into the home.
What we did
We stripped the terrace back to its structural base and rebuilt it properly:
- Re-established correct falls to improve drainage
- Installed a new waterproofing system
- Upgraded stormwater management
- Installed new double glazed doors
- Integrated built-in seating
- Laid travertine crazy paving for a durable, high-end finish
Outcome
A fully functional outdoor space with long-term waterproofing performance, improved usability, and a finish that complements the home.

Braybrook - Alfresco Conversion
The brief
Convert an underutilised alfresco into a fully enclosed, functional second kitchen and living space that feels like part of the original home.
What we did
We managed the project from early planning through to completion:

- Constructed insulated wall systems using Hebel
- Installed double glazed windows and doors
