Pre/Post-Slab Inspection
Before or after concrete is poured, we inspect formwork, steel reinforcement, plumbing rough-ins and site preparation; or levels and slab finish to ensure your slab is set up correctly from day one.

Frame Inspection
Once the frame is up and before any linings go on, we check structural integrity, bracing, tie-downs and compliance with engineering plans.

Pre-Plaster / Lock-Up Inspection

Fixing & Waterproofing Inspection

Practical Completion (PCI) & Handover
